Moor Hill Farm

This is a project of two small but perfectly formed bungalows. A previous planning application for a semidetached house had failed to impress the planners. We helped establish the issues of concern, resolve them and obtain planning consent. Both houses are being built with SIPs panels and clad in brick and larch cladding with slate roofs.

Planning obtained in 2019

Construction started in Jan 2022 with the project completed in Dec 2023.
